Hello TTK Families,
We would like to update you on some changes to our operating plans during the COVID-19 crisis.
TTK knows that many of our families are able to be home during this time and we will continue to encourage everyone who can stay home, to please do so.
In order to ensure that all essential service workers have access to safe, affordable, child care, we have chosen to lower our weekly rate to $150.00 per child during this time. We will also have a maximum capacity of 10 children per centre in order to maintain best social distancing practices. We extended centre hours, they will be 7:45 am – 5:30 pm in order to better accommodate families. It is our intention to offer care on a weekly basis throughout this crisis.

As partners in keeping our space safe for your children, parents/guardians will do drop off and pick up outside the door. Staff will escort children between parent/guardian and the inside space. In the programs, children and staff will continue increased handwashing. Surfaces will be sanitized at the start of each day and throughout each day. We will practice social distancing in our programs. Activities will be parallel, independent, and play based. Outdoor activities will be independent as well. Playground use and field trips will not be permitted during this time.
Please note, anyone who regularly attends our programs during the school year, but chooses not to attend during this crisis, will not be charged their regular monthly fee. Your space will be saved until school returns to session, or if you choose to permanently withdraw for other reasons (not related to the COVID-19 pandemic). We are still working to process the refunds for the second half of March and Spring Break. Thank you for your patience with this matter.
