Staff must be at least 19 years of age and must possess a valid First Aid + CPR certificate as well as relevant post secondary education to support their work experience.
Child Care Facility Licensing regulations state that staff must have completed a course or series of courses of at least 20 hours duration in child development, guidance, health & safety or nutrition.
