Financial Assistance
The Affordable Child Care Benefit through the provincial government is available for low-income families to meet the costs of child care. It is the parent’s responsibility to apply for the benefit. For Summer Adventures 2026, please ensure that your application is submitted to the government no later than June 30th. Signed child care arrangement forms will not be provided after June 24th, 2026. For more information visit the Affordable Child Care Benefit website below.
Please contact us via email at [email protected] if you require a completed Child Care Arrangement Form for your application (please ensure your request is submitted prior to June 24th, 2026. Signed child care arrangement forms will not be provided after this time). Monthly benefit payments vary depending on your family’s circumstances. You may be eligible to receive full or partial coverage based on your family’s circumstances. A parent who qualifies for partial coverage pays the difference between the subsidy amount and our fee. Your child’s attendance will be submitted to the government at the end of the month and only days in attendance will receive payment.
Families in financial need may be eligible for sponsorship through our Board of Directors. For more information regarding sponsorship please contact our Registrar via email at [email protected]. Please note that families must apply for the ACCB prior to being eligible for sponsorship.
