Winter Break 2025
Thank you for your interest in Tomorrow’s Topkids. Our Winter Break registration is now closed.
The registration links below will become active once registration begins. Registration is per week and payment will be processed at the time of registration. Please select your location carefully – we are unable to change your child’s location once registered. Additionally, please ensure you are registering for only 1 location per week. If you sign up for more than one location you will be charged the full amount for each location.
Please note the following cancellation policy for our break programs:
We require 10 days written notice to cancel a week; a $40.00 cancellation fee applies per child, per week. If less than 10 days written notice is provided the weekly fee will not be refunded or credited. Please select your location carefully – we are unable to change your child’s location once registered. Additionally, please ensure you are registering for only 1 location per week. If you sign up for more than one location you will be charged the full amount for each location.
Please read through the links carefully as we will be unable to change your child’s location once their registration is submitted. If you register your child for multiple locations in the same week, please note that fees for each location will be processed and refunds or credits will not be granted.
Current full-time participant registration begins Wednesday November 19th and closes on November 28th. Please check your email for links. Please note that registrations after November 29th will be charged the outside participant fee.
Registration for current Spul’u’kwuks families, AM-Only, and New/Outside participants begins at 9:00am on December 1st and closes at 6:00pm, December 5th. Registration requests after this time will not be processed.
*Spul’u’kwuks families, please note that if you choose to register for additional care and have attended both weeks of Winter Vacation, additional CCFRI is not applicable to your registration, invoices will be updated after registration if needed.
Other possible closures may occur during heavy snowfall conditions or inclement weather whereby the facilities are not available for our use or the roads have been declared unsafe by the Ministry of Transportation.

Hours of Operation:
7:00 am to 6:00 pm
All locations will close at 5:00pm on December 24th.
All centres will be CLOSED:
December 25th, 26th, 27th and January 1st.
Cost:
- Current Full-Time Participants (those currently enrolled in our out-of-school care program and paying the full-time monthly fee):
- Week 1: $60.00
- Week 2: $80.00
- All other participants:
- Week 1: $162.00*
- Week 2: $216.00*
- *CCFRI discounts will be added at the time of checkout.
*Spul’u’kwuks families, please note that if you choose to register for additional care and have attended both weeks of Winter Vacation, additional CCFRI is not applicable to your registration.
Affordable Child Care Benefit (ACCB) applications for new/outside participants (those not currently enrolled in TTK’s before and after school care programs and not paying a regular monthly fee) will not be processed and signed child care arrangement forms will not be provided for Winter or Spring Breaks.
