Dear TTK Families,
As the summer ends, we continue to gather information from the Ministry of Education and our respective school districts about their specific restart plans and will continue to keep you informed. Thank you for your patience.
Specific Schedule Reminders:
- NO care will be offered on Friday, September 4th and Tuesday, September 8th, 2020
- Hours for Wednesday, Thursday and Friday; September 9th, 10th and 11th respectively, the hours WILL be 7:00 am to 6:00 pm
- There will be school classes on Thursday, September 10th and Friday, September 11th (schedule is TBA)
- NO EXTRA CHARGE during the first week of school (September 9th-11th) for the extended hours
If your child(ren) does not require care on September 9th, 10th, or 11th; please email me directly at mstarchuk@ttk.org by September 3rd at 12:00pm.
We will return to regular school operational hours beginning Monday, September 14th; regular hours are:
- Monday to Friday mornings 7:00 am to morning bell
- Monday to Friday afternoons are school bell until 6:00 pm
Please note, we are unable to provide extended care during the Gradual Entry process for Kindergarten participants. During this time, all Kindergarten participants will be welcome to attend during our regular operating hours.
A daily “Health Check Form” is required in order for your child to attend our program.
This means you will be completing a form and sending it with your child to hand in before or after school. If we do not have a new completed form everyday, your child will not be able to attend. You will be contacted to come pick up your child immediately and your child will be isolated from the group until pick up.

As more information is received regarding best safety practice and measures, we will continue to amend TTK’s best practices to stay current and keep your child safe.
